There has been more and more attention about the Chakra system lately. The chakra system has to do with energies and they can be balanced with the help of crystals and / or essential oils. The chakra system has its origins in the Indian yoga tradition and chakra is Sanskrit for "wheels".
We have seven "wheels" of energy that constantly move all the way from the back end to the top of the head. Each chakra has its own color and vibration frequency. These seven chakras act as catalysts for our consciousness and function. They control our feelings and emotions including our self-esteem and our ability to feel love.

In a healing and chakra balancing, we start with a short conversation where you are welcome to tell us what you want help with, but it is not a must.
The most common is that the client lies on his back on a bunk during the session. You are fully clothed and may have a blanket over you if it feels good to you. Warm blanket on so that it is comfortable on the bench. It is good that you are as comfortable as possible.​ The treatment itself takes about 40-45 minutes.
The session begins with me scanning the seven largest chakras in your body using my pendulum, which I hold with my left hand. It is a way to do a chakra scan to get information about your energy level. I feel your energies and if there is any imbalance in the body. ​

​ After the chakra scan, I will lay out a combination of stones / crystals that are suitable for each chakra. The stones are placed on top of the clothes / towel. I lay these stones from the bottom up and then remove them from the top down. Once I have laid the stones, I balance the chakra with the pendulum that I hold with my right hand.
When I have finished balancing, I remove the stones and check with the pendulum by doing a new scan.

Before your visit:
Arrive well in advance, 5 - 10 minutes before your booked time to have time to unwind, fill in any health forms and have time to have a glass of water or a cup of tea. Delay unfortunately shortens your treatment.

I also offer healing and chakra balancing at a distance , then this treatment takes 30 minutes and the price is SEK 400 at a time. You get a 10% discount if you book 3 treatments. Note! The full amount is paid at the first opportunity (before the session) and must be used within 3 months from the 1st opportunity.

Before the session, I need to know exactly where you are and your name.
Feel free to prepare about 10 minutes before the treatment begins by lighting an incense or a candle, listening to calm music and relaxing. You are welcome to lie down and relax.
In order for me to be able to send Reiki Healing to you, I need your first and last name and where you are at the time. I will send Reiki Healing to you at the agreed time.
After the treatment, I recommend that you drink a glass of water and reflect on your experience of the distance treatment. I will call you 5-10 min after the treatment about my experience

Healing is not a Quick fix, therefore three or more consecutive treatments are recommended to find the balance again.

Payment can be made either via Swish or via invoice (invoicing fee will be added) after the session if it is in place, otherwise the payment will be made before the session. For companies, the prices are exclusive of VAT.
