Welcome to a developing Reiki course!

The word Reiki comes from Japan and consists of two words: rei, which means "universal" and ki, which means "life energy". Universal life energy refers to the highest known energy level. By understanding and practicing Reiki, you and others' potential is increased.

In ReiKi 2, your ability to give ReiKi is further deepened and the effectiveness of the treatments increases. Here you will also learn to give healing at a distance. You are initiated to the next level. In addition, you learn several different techniques, meditations, treatments, healing symbols, which enhance the power even more when you give healing at a distance to reach beyond space and time. You learn to give healing both to situations, relationships, future and past.

Furthermore, you will learn about how we clean and protect our energy. After Reiki 2, you work more intuitively, which deepens your contact with Reiki. Reiki sets processes in motion both within us and in our surroundings. All this energy work together with initiation leads to a cleansing within us, which sets in motion both physical and psychological processes, therefore one can say that Reiki is a system for spiritual, personal development and healing.

The intention of learning Reiki can be to develop oneself both personally and spiritually, but also to be able to help others. You can therefore learn Reiki to use for yourself and your loved ones or to work professionally. Reiki is very effective if you want to understand yourself and others on a deeper level.

This course mainly includes a lot of practice, where you are guided in practicing what you learn. As you know, Reiki replenishes the body's energy reserves while working with the body's natural healing processes. Reiki is a holistic treatment method, based on the assumption that mind and body are one whole.

As I mentioned earlier in Reiki 2, your connection with Reiki deepens and then you can channel more energy, allowing you to work more intuitively. In the course we will talk about what it means to be a practitioner. After Reiki 2, you can also start using Reiki professionally if you feel ready for it.

Weekend course Reiki step 2

The course is divided into two days. After all course sessions have been completed, you are always welcome to contact me for continuous supervision and supplementary training sessions on working with Reiki energy.

Online course - you get the best of both worlds

This is a course that combines the best parts of taking a weekend course and an online course in a new way of learning. Here, online meetings in a smaller group are interspersed with own work and exercises in the web course.

This course is for those who have taken Reiki 1 and want to learn more.

In Reiki 2 your ability to give Reiki is further deepened and the effectiveness of the treatments increases. Here you step out of the time and space aspect and you work with distance healing. Here you go deeper with the mental and emotional aspects. Here you also get access to more symbols and their meaning.

The structure of the course:

The first week, the course begins with an online meeting where we get to know each other and where I go through what you will work on until next week. In the meantime, you work on the exercises and the material exercises yourself, which are followed up at the next meeting, we brainstorm ideas, questions and thoughts and I then go through next week's task.

We meet 4 times during a month via Zoom, 1 week apart. All meetings are recorded so you can go back and watch it during the weeks you work.

Week 1: Online meeting, ppresentation, course review and weekly exercises. One week of own work with exercises.
Week 2: Online meeting, follow-up of last week's work, questions, musings and thoughts. Review of next week. One week of own work with exercises.
Week 3: Online meeting follow-up of last week's work, reflections, questions and thoughts. Review of next week. One week of own work with exercises

Denna kurs är för dig som har gått Reiki 1 och vill lära dig mer.

I Reiki 2 fördjupas vidare din förmåga att ge Reiki och effektiviteten på behandlingarna ökar. Här kliver man ut ur tids- och rumsaspekten och du jobbar med distanshealing. Här går man djupare med de mentala och känslomässiga aspekter. Du får även tillgång till fler symboler och deras innebörd.

Under kursen kommer du att jobba med ett betydligt bredare perspektiv än i Reiki 1 och du kommer nu att

öva upp din förmåga att arbeta intuitivt.

Kursen innehåller texter, bilder, övningar, instruktionsvideos, meditationer, ljudfiler och dokument för nedladdning.

Du arbetar helt i din egen takt. Du har tillgång till kursen i 12 månader. I kursen ingår 2 initieringar och efter avslutad kurs får du diplom hemskickat. Du kan ställa frågor och diskutera med andra deltagare i en sluten grupp på Facebook och det är en liveträff på Zoom med jämna mellanrum för alla deltagare som vill vara med. Du får även fråga mig via mejl om det är något du undrar över under kursens gång.
